I can’t recommend James enough, he is caring, kind & empathetic. He treated my beloved Rosie with dignity and made a heartbreaking situation a little more bearable. The vet he works with Anita was exactly the same and meant my best friend could pass peacefully at home surrounded by her family. The pain is terrible, I miss her so much, but getting her ashes back the next day was a comfort and James was really caring. Thank you also for the nose & paw prints & hair clipping.

We have unfortunately had to use Chester Pet Cremation Services twice in the last few months and James has been amazing. At such an upsetting time, he got back to us the same day we contacted him, explained all of our options and sorted everything out for us. Teddy & Dotty are now home again, thank you James.

Absolutely brilliant service from James.. my beautiful cat Pyro died unexpectedly and James was so helpful with the whole situation. He picked my baby up for me from the vet and delivered him back to me in a beautiful little casket with some fur and paw prints. Very reasonably priced also. Thankyou for making a very difficult situation that bit easier.

What an absolute gem of a service this is, what a relief at a difficult time to find someone who actually cares and takes care of your pet with true decency and respect. From the initial contact, the gentle, supportive collection, to the personal delivery of the ashes the next morning, James was utterly lovely and we can’t thank him enough. The compassion he showed to our dear Bertie and to us was phenomenal. None of us ever want this day to come but when it finally does, hopefully many years from now, you can be sure that your loved one will be treated with the kind of love you thought only you could show them.
