I suffer from balance issues and I like to have a Reiki session before I fly. I was looking for a new Reiki practitioner, as my previous person was no longer offering Reiki, I found Helen via a google search as I wanted someone in Redruth. I am delighted to have found Helen. Due to the pandemic, I had not had a foreign holiday/flight since the end 2019 so I had two sessions.I am delighted to report it made such a difference, I can feel dizzy on a long train journey and I felt fine travelling and was able to enjoy my holiday. Helen has great empathy and I was able to relax straightaway and enjoy my sessions.I would certainly recommend Helen to anyone looking for Reiki, indeed I would recommend having a Reiki session, as it offers a gentle healing process.

It’s hard to not echo what has already been written here about Helen because it’s all so true! I started with reiki sessions with Helen and have been having regular one to one creative psychotherapy sessions for the past 10 months. Helen’s insight, articulation, kindness and empathy is remarkable. I have felt very stuck in many areas of life, with grief being a substantial factor. With Helen’s guidance in unpicking it all, from past and present situations, has been one of the best things I’ve managed to invest in for myself in the long-run. Helen makes you feel totally at ease with such kindness, no judgement and with well timed lightness in humour.

I had never been to reiki before, and had a positive experience seeing Helen. She is a great practitioner and very committed to her practise. The treatment is very relaxing and brought up some interesting areas for me to focus on. It has helped me through a stressful period in my life. I would recommend Helen!

I have been doing regular one-on-one sessions with Helen for the past 18 months. During this time I also attended 2 of her seasonal workshops and had 2 Reiki sessions. I have now completed 3 of the 4 segments of her Forgiveness program.It is hard to describe what it is that she does; you have to experience it for yourself. My experience was that I was painfully STUCK (in all areas: relationships, work, living, self expression) and Helen showed me how to be unstuck.I am grateful to her and to myself for finding her and trusting her as a guide.

I worked through Helen's Journey to Freedom programme and it has had a hugely positive impact on my life. At first I was unsure of fully committing to a programme like this but I am so pleased I did! Helen has a calming and supportive nature and I felt held and safe in her space. I have learned new skills and tools that I will take forwards with me as I continue on my own journey. I find Helen greatly committed to the work she's doing - grounded in her vast experience and intuitive guidance. Sessions we had were never the same, but always managed to put me on track to the goals I had and the changes I needed.I also had two Reiki sessions which were surprisingly eye-opening.I'd recommend working with Helen to anyone willing to invite more ease and acceptance into themselves and their lives.
