DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid £1,574.95 upfront for a rabbit shed on 23rd March but still no shed. The admin woman is very skilled at coming up with emotive excuses - usually its boo hoo we are desperate to deliver your shed which is already made up for you but we can't get a delivery driver. They cancelled 4 times on day of delivery. I should have checked reviews (here and Trust Pilot) before I paid. She is saying she has repaid credit card which is a lie so am now in process of fighting for a refund. This company is going into liquidation and is taking your money as once bankrupt their bills are written off. Dishonest people. Avoid!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They have taken over £1000 of our money, have failed to deliver the products and are blocking us on every platform we contact them to discuss it. They are a horrendous company - as evidenced by all these bad reviews. Don’t fall for it!!! We’re now forced to take further action as no products have been received and they’ve kept our money.Edit - response to Cherry Acres: the order is under Sarah and Bill Simms. You know this because I’ve tried to contact you on Facebook and Instagram and you’ve subsequently blocked me. Please organise a refund of the unreceived goods asap.

Recently had a shed installed by Dan and Chloe -they are very friendly and I can’t praise them enough for their high workmanship. If you are looking for a quality product I can highly recommend Cherry Acres.

We now have a fantastic bespoke rabbit mansion and cannot fault the quality or materials used in its construction nor the two family members that undertook the installation. They were both really nice genuine people and much happier than I would have been after a long journey from Kent to Bristol to undertake the installation.Our delivery and installation from payment took around 8 weeks which for a family run business is an acceptable time to wait, given we would have thought they have a relatively full order book, the size of the product we ordered and the logistics and availability to get to Bristol.Now there are a number of negative google reviews which is not good for any company. We experienced similar issues with cancelled deliveries for a number of reasons and we were increasingly nervous and started to read more into the reviews as you would when you make a sizeable outlay.However we were always advised of the delay and the owners worked with us to achieve the end goal.As a family run business you are more exposed to the challenges of running a business with material availability, staff shortages, transport and family issues all of which can impact on the smooth running and are unfortunate.What you cannot take away from this company is their passion for the product, their want to do the right thing, the kind nature of the people and the quality of the product.So if you do experience any issues hang in there. All good things come to those that wait.

Ordered a rabbit house with rain covers for £715. Said 2-4 weeks delivery. At 6 weeks I chased it up and was booked for delivery the week after. This was cancelled for van repairs said would be day after. Again, cancelled. Rebooked for week after, cancelled for bad weather condition. Booked for week after on Monday, cancelled Sunday night for van repairs, said would 100% garuntee would be delivered Tuesday. Get a phone call Tuesday morning, cancelled for van repairs. Asked for refund, hard work but money eventually refunded. Stay clear.

UPDATE - took them to small claims and STILL no payment.If I could allocate ZERO STARS, I would.I paid this company over £1300 for a field shelter. Worst communication ever, three failed deliveries and an enormous amount of stress. The only people who you can speak with are the sales team and “receptionist”, who are very nice but I strongly believe do not work for the actual company (service outsourced).I have not received my order that was meant to arrive August 2022. I gave them every chance and have been forced to take them to small claims court. They have failed to refund my money and I am now at the county court judgement stage.See also the very defensive responses from the company. They are clearly struggling or fake.DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY. I recently lost my job and have no money to pay for a shelter for my sheep. I am sad they can do this to people. I wish I’d read the reviews before purchase.Edit - finally got my money back by referring to bailiffs. Such a sad thing to have to do. I just wish they’d been more honest from the start if they were having difficulties.

The service start to finish has been awesome!!! Some of bad the reviews on trust pilot n google are not true. Covid has effected supply of materials in all businesses which has effected lead times with most companies and especially a family run business. Put that aside the product is first class and so are the people behind the business. We will definitely be ordering again and recommending. Already ordered some customisation!!

The absolute best company to get a chicken house from in my experience! Worth every penny. We received ours in the morning, prompt and very lovely people. By the afternoon we had painted and personalised it! This was made easy by the design of the coop allowing me access to all areas with ease. Absolutely chuffed to pieces. I ordered a large rabbit house with a couple of changes (balcony in certain place etc). There were a couple of delays but i was kept fully up to date and they werent long (1week) Holly in the office kept me well informed and even threw in a bunny hide to make it up to me. When Dan and his daughter Chloe came, they were fab! Loved seeing this duo working and so so polite. Gave me tips on the dos and donts and just a pleasure to have in my garden. Would highly recommend. Very sturdy build, great craftsmanship and great quality.
