Just had my starter motor replaced and engine work done on the bike, Scootdog came and picked the bike up as it had died outside my house and made sure I was back on the road ASAP. The bike is now running like a dream thanks to his work. Top quality mechanic and bloke with prices that can't be beaten.

Was doing an oil change today and my drain plug was dead stuck. Called the guy and he met up with me within the hour. Sorted it out in five minutes and even helped me do the oil change. Solid bloke, can recommend.

I would image this is a good mechanic to simple scooter repairs, however when it comes to more serious problem, I dont find Mark experienced at all. First of all he is not auto mechanic and cant fix electrical issues. I had an issue where was a simple contact issue to ecu and recommendation was to buy ECU+immobilizer+keylocks that would cost 250 -350+fitting work pounds to get 50% chance that it may be fixed. This guy relies on guesses. Then I would need to replace wiring loom - another 60 pounds +fitting. So you may well be spending a lot more money even if Mark appears to be cheap per hour. Then motorcycle was given to another repair shop all in parts, scratches, missing long fuel tank screw. Another friend of mine organized to replace a chain on time arranged, but he did not turned up, phone was also off. I would keep away from him if you got expensive bike or electrical issue rather than a scooter . Nearly 2 months wasted Mark relied on guesses, than properly finding an issue. Only good points - he is friendly and willing to take a look but that on its own does not guarantee a fix if you not know what you are doing and start replacing everything inside motorcycle. I don't understand why I was charged at all for such service and not finding a problem..

Just got my bike back. Absolutely brilliant. Prices are unmatched and the service is incredible. He picked my bike up from home, was totally knowledgeable about bikes and knew straight away what was the problem, only took 2 days and that's with ordering a part online. Also regularly kept me updated.Definitely use this guy

Good service . Brought a x9 500 piaggio that had been sat for years from a friend. Took to scootdog. Mark and the lads located the problems straight away helped with recovery and got the scooter running like new .

Very nice man, gives full details of the problem and any possible problems that may happen in the future, plus very good price, he don't rip you off. He was that good I got him to sort my sons scooter as soon as the first one came back.

I honestly can not recommend this guy enough! After 4 different males looked at my bike this man came within 2 minutes and got it started! Not only that but he sold my bike and delivered it which saved me so much hassel. One of the nicest men iv ever met. Pleasure doing buisness with you guys! 5 ⭐
