What an amazing place, from the moment you walk in you are welcomed by the biggest of smiles by the guys on the desk, they welcome you in and make sure you feel comfortable. Explaining what you need. You are then shown to the changing rooms by a member of the team and they are always checking in. They make sure you are set up on your bike and talk you through how it works. The SPIN class is like nothing else you’ve every experienced the instructor Leah is so motivating and positive giving clear instructions. The vibe and energy in the room is infectious with an incredible atmosphere. The class is about you and your RYDE its your time. To be present and to do what you need to do. With a room full of support. This really is one community.

Best studio in town! Cycle, barre, yoga and hiit classes are all amazing! You have not done a spin class until you have done a RYDE spin class. Another level!

Amazing classes, great atmosphere. You are made to feel welcome if it’s your first class or your 100th. Leah is fantastic! If you’ve not been yet, you seriously need to get into a class ASAP!

First class at Ryde today - it was fantastic! The studio and changing rooms are very clean and luxurious. Cycle class was high intensity and challenging in the right way. Great choice of music and the lights during class give a great vibe, loved the in-the-dark break halfway through. The instructor Gaby was super welcoming and friendly; I'll definitely go back!

Went to a spin class and the room is like being in the club! Energy was great! I’m now a spin girly! The class was tough but such a great workout! The instructor was very motivational Id recommend

Lexy (pilates) and molly (spin) are amazing at their classes and so incredibly kind and welcoming. Lexy took the time to answer our questions at the end of the class and offered to give targeted advice for future classes. Would definitely recommend, amazing classes and amazing staff
