Not happy with the service at all brought mass air flow sensor that's faulty £ 360 pound to be told it's got to be sent back to Germany to be tested if they deem it to be not faulty i will not receive my money back or my sensor feeling ripped off £360 pounds down the drain thanks mercedes

Happy with service today,dropped van off at 8-45 for a egr replacement and glow plug replacement,told it would be ready about 2 called at 11am saying it was ready to pick up…thank you

Today was my first time going to midland truck and van in Wolverhampton to drop my DPD Local van for its first MOT. On arrival there was no one present in the office and when someone did come I was told its not gonna be ready till Monday morning which I replied its booked to be dome today and I need it back today as I have work the next day, after waiting all day until I finally got through to someone on the phone at 8pm to see if I can collect as I noticed on dvla site mot was passed. I got told someone called me but I never had a call. Totally disappointed with the day staff service, and now I have to ring back Monday morning as items I request led to be changed haven't been dome and my reverse beeper no longer works.... more time for my work van to be off the road

Called today with a issue with my radio, needed a code, sorted in 5 minutes, thanks

Imagine spending a couple of thousands on parts for your own fleet and some other clients vehicles as well, and then you go there to collect such parts, and after you've spent your money there, you become invisible to the staff, staff that is not bothered to ask why you've been stood in front of them for almost 15 minutes.... the service has become appalling lately....it used to be better like the delivery times, but lately....

My first time using them Paul Fraser was very helpful over the phone and understanding got the parts a ordered upon collection and was all there no mistakes like some places :) opened up a business account also.

Waited 3.5 weeks for a very common part to arrive (DPF) no updates given, the van is obviously needed for work, I phoned Monday morning to say a recovery vehicle was on the way, to collect van to be taken elsewhere, and I asked to pay the diagnostic charge, I was told the invoice not ready and would be called back. The Recovery arrived shortly after to be told the part had arrived! The same van was in a few weeks ago and we had the same problem, and some reported problems were not fixed which we didn’t realise until leaving. Very disappointing service.

I just wanted to tell others about the great service I received from Midland Truck and Van in Wednesfield. From the outset since buying the Vito last year I have had constant great service from my sales contact Joe Ellor. Once again when making an enquiry about a broken wing mirror he was excellent and steered me toward the Merc Mobilo Van system which allowed me to get the repair done under warranty which I was highly impressed with, as it was an accident that caused the damage and going through my own insurer would have cost far more in excess than the repair was worth. I was fully expecting a big bill or having to trawl the internet and then get my hands dirty doing it myself BUT the person I spoke to when contacting Mobilo was Chris. He was super efficient and got the ball rolling for James Makin the technician to be on his way with all the parts already with him, and the repair was completed within 90 mins FOC ! - VERY impressive. Both Chris and Joe liaised with Dean Sayfritz the Service Manager to ensure Jim had all the right bits with him before even coming over to me. To be honest I'm well impressed with the efficiency of service they all combined together to provide :-) Keep up the good work gents :-) Eddie J
