Callum at Ignite has done absolutely exemplary work for us over a number of months, restoring the plumbing and heating in our new house. Every single job has been carried out with the utmost care, and incredibly promptly. He has been available at the shortest notice for emergencies and has worked at all hours to get the job done.Moreover, Callum has been conscientious from the start to make sure we understood what work needed doing, why, and has gone above and beyond to ensure we were getting the most affordable rates for any job. We simply would not consider anyone else for plumbing or heating work going forward. Highly recommended.

We contacted Ignite for emergency plumbing after a leak over the weekend, which was attended to and fixed within a few hours. Unfortunately this led to them also discovering a very serious issue with the boiler and a replacement was needed. The new boiler was fitted within 48 hours and we were kept informed on everything along the way. Callum was polite, efficient and left the house clean and tidy - something we aren’t used to with tradies! Thank you for a brilliant service, will definitely use again in future.

Many thanks to Callum and his brother for the great service they provided . Replaced my 30 year old water tank with this upgraded system . Removed water storage tank in the attic along with piping so no worries with pipes bursting up there now in winter ! It’s the first time I’ve used Ignite Plumbing and it won’t be the last . As you can see his work is excellent and highly recommend

If you contact Callum at any time he will reply quick and prioritise you no matter how small the job, he is knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely cares about making a good job. He sorted the radiators in previous house, installed bathroom in the new one and has just serviced my boiler. I have referred friends to him as well who have also backed up how good he is and now wouldn't use anyone else !

Callum and Ignite Plumbing & Heating are outstanding! Fitted a complete oil fired central heating system within an old house in just a few days, with the minimum of disruption. Callum was friendly and efficient turned up on time and kindly replaced our tap at the same time as replacing the boiler. Would definitely get him out again.
