Dr Umbreen Masud and Tina were so friendly and welcoming with a really personal but professional approach which immediately put me at my ease. They were able to resolve a treatment query alongside the receptionist swiftly and provided advice tailored to my needs. I would thoroughly recommend this clinic and treatment team to anyone looking for a dentist.

I switched to Bupa a few years ago, and since then, I've experienced frequent last-minute appointment changes, three different dentists, and even endured pain during a procedure while pregnant. Despite timely arrivals, I faced long waits without compassion. Sickness led to appointment cancellations, resulting in two complaint letters.I genuine forgot about my appointment once and you made me pay 25£ fee without beeing aware about it. Today I have been asked to reschedule a routine check appointment because 7 mins late due to childcare. You are simply a joke and a disappointment. You and your staff simply doesn't understand what is relating with customers. I had worked 10 years for the NHS and I never sent a patient home for being 7 minute late.

My son recently had a checkup and he needed some extra work done including a scale which I was worried about because my son is autistic but Dr Masud, Tina and Ellie really looked after him, telling him everything that they were doing as they were doing it and if he needed to stop that was fine. They didn’t rush him at all and gave him time to adjust to what was happening which I appreciated greatly.

I’ve been under Dr Masud’s care for a few years now, and it’s been great! She has been so friendly, helpful and never fails to make me feel comfortable and at home. Dr Masud and nurse Tina have worked amazingly together to give the best service possible whenever I visit! Thank you so much to both :)

I have been with this dental practice for several years now and I cannot fault any of the staff that have dealt with me. Timothy is my current dentist and he has been excellent in helping me understand what I need to do regarding the follow up care after treatment. He is also really good with our 5 y/o twins, patiently and calmly reassuring them during check ups.

My children saw Dr Masud and Tina today, they made them both feel at ease very quickly and helped boost confidence with the whole experience. A very thorough checkup and a caring attitude. Exceptional!

I have been taking my children to this practice for years now, and I am so happy by the way Dr Masud and nurse Tina deal with all of us. They are always very gentle and full of good manners. so helpful and full of suggestions on how to keep teeth in good health.The receptionists Lisa and Mollie are so refreshingly polite and up bit. I would recommend this practice to everybody.

Speaking as someone who is very nervous about going to the dentist, I had a good experience. Ive always worried about this day (the first time i needed a filling). Dr Masud & Tina were amazing and made me feel at ease by playing music in the background and I could stop at anytime by putting my hand up. It was much better than I had imagined. Thank you

I've been with this dentist for many years now. Each time, the service, kindness and professionalism shown by all members of staff has been exceptional. Today I have had a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Masud and Tina. The procedure was efficient and pain free from start to finish. I think the whole process must have taken what felt like about 5 minutes. Astonishing, 10/10 would recommended
