The Clotted Cream Fudge is just horrible. It’s looks as horrible as its taste. Not sure if this drink should even be given to the customer. Waste of money!

Just had a coffee. But Kamal polite professional and exactly what you expect. Truly welcoming. Had a few questions and answered quickly even though rushed with drive through orders still made feel personal. 5* keep it up

Staff don't give you eye contact. It seems they don't want to interact with customers??? They always get my order WRONG. I've seen it happen to another lady so it is a regularly occurrence. They did not even give me a straw for my latte. Staff need more training.

This Starbucks is a drive though as well as a traditional shop. Service at the drive though was quick and efficient. Staff are super polite. There are also electric car chargers on site. So you can charge and sit in and enjoy a coffee from a cup! Petrol garage next door as well.

This is the 5th Starbucks I have been to. Today was as disappointing as the others. I tried an iced latte and it did not overwhelm me like Costa. Today was the last time I give Starbucks a chance to redeem themselves.

September 2022Bright, clean, airy and spacious. Friendly staff. Car park is large (make sure you register your car number plate at the till if you’re staying longer than 45 minutes).Gluten Free Ham & Cheese Panini and Porridge with Gluten Free oats available, but sadly not a single, gluten-free snack - not even the usual boring, pre-packaged, gluten free brownie! Large range of vegan options available.Visited 6 months later on 21/1/23 - Absolutely no gluten free options available. The staff member seemed to suggest that the gluten free sandwich has been stopped, but was unsure. We left hungry and disappointed.

consistently efficient drive-thru experience here.car park entry/exit is a bit disorganised when the neighbouring garage is congested and people are going against the one-way system.surprisingly quiet in store given its location.July 2023 - newly installed electric charging points seem convenient and popular. More people frequenting the car park than the coffee shop.

Awesome warm welcoming staff. Very helpful to a confused customer who was undecided as I am a diabetic. Young lady took her time & went through the menu that would benefit me. Thank youVery clean facilities as well
