Great customer service. I phoned Fraser with a fitting problem I had with my cycle trainer. When I arrived he had the solution on the counter. He arranged a refund for the wrong adapter kit I bought (my mistake) from Evans Cycles at Braehead. Couldn't ask for more help.Google Maps had the location in the wrong place. Head for Morrisons then continue to the end of the block.

The other day I came here looking to buy a bike. A store worker named James had shown me a Trek slash. I found him to be very helpful and friendly. Had he not been there I probably would not have bought the bike at this time. Due to the customer service I received I would highly recommend.

Took my Trek eMTB in to the Fort branch due to an issue with the rear hub.The Braehead store where I purchased my bike was unable to accommodate me due to new management and the showroom being redesigned"

Visited store on 13th July trying to find a suitable/appropriate bike for a 7 year old. Joshua was fantastic! Very professional, knowledgable, courteous and polite. On collecting the bike today, the very same service was extended to us by Joshua. Effortless and very reassuring, thank you and well done. Joshua is an excellent brand ambassador for Evan's Cycles!

Staff couldn't really be bothered to approach or attempt to sell me a bike, even though it was clear I was interested. No option to try a bike before buying - competitors allow this - which would be useful when spending £500-plus. Overall, not a great experience so I'll be going elsewhere, even if it costs more.
