Yesterday I came in with my family and it was very busy and there was a long waiting list to sit in. However there was a lovely boy who was hosting and was very afformative and welcoming. Big round of applause Humzah and Mosie !!!

might be my new go-to nandos branch! the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. the restaurant floor was very clean and nicely decorated. i really enjoyed the newly added mac and cheese as well as the chocolate pudding! one minor complaint would be that the chicken could have used a little bit more marination as the inside wasa little dry.

The place is cold for a start, not very warming like others I have been to. They don’t sell Butterfly Burgers, instead you have to purchase a Double Chicken Burger where the chicken is very thin and chewy. Food was left under heat lamps for 4 minutes and chips were cold when arriving at table, to which I asked for replacements. Will use Mermaid Quay in future, that is my go to. Nando’s charging premium prices for lees than McDonald’s standard food.

Visited today for our wedding anniversary lunch, we were really impressed with the restaurant, bright colourful and the food was fantastic. I wish the management and staff well and would highly recommend this to friends and family.Well done!

Ordered 2 meals. 2 chicken burgers , 1 with mash 1 with chips both with coleslaw ! Is that difficult to understand ? Food came back , coleslaw missing from one order chips missing from the other. Paying £40 for the meals they wanted me to pay for the chips as I DIDN'T ORDER THEM ! Then a staff member after 10 mins bringing me a scoop of chips in a bowl not to make me unhappy or the company not to have a bad review !! Even the burgers came in the wrong sauce I asked for I !! But I couldn't be bothered complaining over this fault.
