I would recommended anyone in the forest of Dean and surrounding areas to contact Dean estate agents for any sales or purchase enquiries. I used Dean estate agents recently to sell my flat, i believe it was wasn’t even on the market a week. Due to their huge client base, they fact they know investors, developers and are are well known in the local area, helps make the sales process as smooth as possible. I was constantly updated from the girls in the office on how the sale was going, this kept my mind at ease throughout. They took in to consideration I work nights, so I could contact them by text and emailDean estate agents have not only sold my property, by they have also sold one for my grandmother. After dealing with a terrible estate agents prior to switching to Dean. My nan lacked any confidence selling her property for the amount she wanted. Due to the previous agents wanting to reduce the price over and over again. The house was listed with Dean estate agents and we had about 15/20 viewings within the first week. Well, Jenna Baldwin and her team at Deans have done it again! As landlords, the most important thing to my wife and I is that our contract holders are reliable in every way.
