Friendly & Approachable Family Business, whose aim is to ensure you walk away with the best car suited to you that you feel confident and safe in. I was interested in a couple of cars, and i was able to test drive them both with no issues they had all of the time in the world and spoke to me about everything from the cars spec to running costs etc to ensure i made the right choice. I was selling my car privately and had the car listed on autotrader for about a month, but with premium cars, buyers prefer the peace of mind you get from buying through a dealer.Will called me and made me a very decent offer - much higher than other dealers. He explained how they worked and the benefits of selling through them and so I accepted the offer.Almost a day after Will had listed the car he had a buyer, and by the end of the week the deal had gone through.Will provided excellent communication throughout the process and always kept me updated.I would highly recommend using Gibbons and will probably use them to sell cars again in the future!10/10!

Bought a car here - fair price, good after-sales deal. The guy let us test drive on a Sunday. Went away to think about it. Discovered they had a good system for buying via whatsapp, which saved going back to their office. Courteous and responsive service. They even delivered the car to our house - Dilton Marsh to Frome.
