I have been a member of this martial arts club for over a year now and since joining I’ve gained invaluable skills and knowledge. All of the instructors and members are all so welcoming and great fun to be around. It has also made a great impact on my physical/mental health allowing me to feel and preform better than ever. I highly recommend coming along and giving it a go.

My 7 year old son has been attending this martial arts class since the age of 4 and he loves it! The new family sessions are great allowing me to join in with my son. The instructors are friendly and make the sessions good fun whilst also teaching the children and adults new skills. i highly recommend these classes!

My son really enjoys martial arts. In the short period since he has joined the classes he developed a passion for healthy eating, buddy building and he's more disciplined. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It feels like a big family.

Interesting mixture of martial art style, kicking, punching, and weapons. Lovely team of teachers and very reasonable price. Great for girls as well as boys. Can't recommend enough!

Really welcoming and friendly group of professionals who teach at your own pace and don’t judge! Welcome to any level of ability and fitness. Really impressed and after having a 14 year hiatus from martial arts, I’m happy to be back in a safe space, learning different techniques & wearing a Doh Bok again! Thanks to them i’m slowly building back my confidence! Would 100% recommend Kuk Sool .

Me and my sons joined Martial Arts Hastings between 2017-18. My sons are now 9 and 11 and have been practicing Kuk Sool Won for nearly 5 years. I am 41 and have been training for 4 years. Next year we start training towards our first degree black belt. We love the mixed syllabus of techniques, falls and weapons, and the balance of traditional fighting and self defence, along with meditation and breathing. We have learnt so much around discipline and respect and the importance of keeping fit and strong. The school owners and instructors are fantastic and it feels like a real family. Would highly recommend to those looking to try something different, move their body in new ways and train with their family. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
