My Mother of the Bride dress was made based on a picture, it fit me perfectly with minimal fittings. He purchased the materials and delivered the dress on time. I felt like Royalty!

Impressively quick and incredible standard of work. Had an expensive pair of jeans shortened and it is impossible to tell the alteration apart from the original. Absolutely recommend this place - I was delighted with the whole package, including the in shop measuring service and the price. Brilliant!

I had three pairs of expensive pull-on trousers (elasticated at the waist) which fitted perfectly apart from the waistbands, which were too tight. Somehow they were loosened and I was delighted with the results. I also had a pair shortened. Beautiful job! Thank you. Very impressed with the efficient and friendly service. Beth.

I had cut the sleeves off a dress (badly) and tried to hem the armholes and failed miserably, it was a mess of attempted stitches and plastic tags holding the fabric together, I needed the dress for an event so I took the dress to him on a Tuesday and by the next day the armholes were finished to an excellent standard, so quick, professional and polite! Highly recommend!

Great service! I had the sleeves and legs of a jumpsuit altered at Smart Stitch for £40. It was slightly more expensive than I was expecting, but this may have been down to the lettuced hem and the fact that I requested for it to be done quite quickly. Overall very happy with the results and I definitely think it was worth it; it now fits me perfectly, and Smart Stitch were able to sort it very quickly. Thank you!

Excellent service!!I went in with a suit which really needed some major adjustments. When checking the fit and size, they were very respectful and kept their distance and made me feel safe.My suit was altered really quickly and I am so so happy with the result!

Excellent service! I called into the shop to enquire about a broken zip on my coat. I could no longer zip the coat up and thought I would need a whole zip repair. The very helpful man in the shop asked me to bring the coat in as he may be able to just fix the zip which would be much cheaper than a whole zip repair. Took the coat in 2 days later, the same lovely man stopped what he was doing and fixed it there and then in less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this business for the kind, friendly, honest, way they deal with customers, as well as the excellent, speedy, and professional work they do. Thank you so much!

I had a zip replaced on a fleece - particularly tricking due to the tiny stitches to be removed and new zip inserted. The work was exceptional and you can’t even tell that it has been replaced. Highly recommend!!
