Penny repairs have responded to my quote for several window hinge repairs request sent to several companies via Checkatrade.The communication was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. It is a family run business and the personal touch is certainly there.Michael has made the initial visit and I got the quote the same evening, which was about 30% less than what others have quoted. There was no pressure to do more than what was required.On the day, Michael was there as expected, very friendly, with a smile and positive attitude. Everything was done to the highest standard, he even upgraded me to a better quality hinges.The windows were left very tidy, and needless to say - in perfect working order.I would certainly recommend Michael due to his honesty and pride he takes in his work. Will be using the company for any future repairs/window installation.

Upstairs unit replaced and kitchen unit fitted.Good communications on the day of work, polite throughout and made the work look a breeze. Competitive price. Come back any time.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, Mike is so friendly and honest. We've had two jobs completed by Penny repairs, first the glass in 2 windows replaced which waa faultless and made such a difference now we can see out to the garden. Then a broken front door lock, Mike thought it needed the whole mechanism replacing but once he took it apart he realised it only needed a new barrel and some springs so saved me £130!! I'm not sure who was happier me or Mike! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
