Natalie Hart has been a great help from start to finish, was always reachable and got back to us so quickly with any questions or information we required. I can't not recommend Natalie and Andrew Granger enough, she has made the process easier and less stressful for us and will be forever greatful for her help on the completion of our new home.

I am writing to share our experience with Andrew Granger Letting Agents in Loughborough. My partner and I arranged a viewing of what appeared to be a delightful two-bedroom detached property in Oakham. The agent was punctual and amiable, which marked the only positive aspect of our interaction.During the property tour, we were dismayed to find that the upstairs area was riddled with mould and unsuitable for human habitation. Even the agent acknowledged this issue, mentioning that although the lower floor had been painted and damp-proofed, they were informed by the landlord that similar work had been completed throughout the property. Clearly, this was not the case. This oversight indicates that the agency had not inspected the property before our visit, showcasing a lack of awareness about its actual condition.To us, this lack of thoroughness appeared highly unprofessional. It seemed their priority was leasing the property rather than ensuring its livability. Our rating of 2 stars is solely for the courteous agent who guided us. As for the company, it's evident that they do not prioritise the well-being of their potential tenants. The agent herself expressed shock at the condition of the upstairs area, which begs the question: why was the property not assessed before inviting viewings? This experience proved to be a complete waste of our time.

Lindsey has always been great to deal with. Always knowledgeable and provides good honest advice when needed which feels very rare in this day and age! Wouldn't hesitate to trust her with any property.

From the viewing to the signing of the documents Ellen G. Has been absolutely fantastic. Helping answer ALL the questions I had on the day of viewing. Very thorough when it came to going through the property before we took it over. We rented a house through Andrew Granger for just under 2 years. They were very helpful throughout the whole time, answering any queries we had quickly, and when completing any inspections they made sure to inform us in lots of time and organise the dates/times around us. We have moved out now as we have bought our own home. When we handed in our notice Andrew Granger clearly explained they forms we needed to sign, and any other relevant information. Ellen and Georgiana dealt with our end of let process, and every step of the way they were very helpful, communicative, and supportive. Our deposit was returned to us promptly and overall the service we received was fantastic.

Amazing professional and friendly serviceNatalie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful all throughout the process and kept me fully informed. Natalie helped us get our dream home. She was amazing. Great with dealing with the lawyers and the seller. Simon was also great. The people at Andrew and Granger seem to really care. If I every need to use a estate agent again I will be using them. I highly recommend them.
