City Care

I cannot praise the care my Mum received from the carers at City Care highly enough when they looked after her prior to going into residential care in July. The care and attention she received was excellent. The carers were patient, kind and caring and interacted well with my Mum. Whenever I spoke to staff over the phone they were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and as I lived a distance from Sunderland they often went far beyond what I had expected of them. I would especially like to mention Hannah and Courtney who were very kind to my Mum during this time and are a credit to the company.
