Superb service from Elizabeth & Kevin. Had my Tag frames reglazed and ordered new prescription sunglasses. Very quick turnaround, only waited 1 working day and prices were very competitive. Vision Express wanted over £100 more yet the lenses they were offering weren't as good as One Optical. Cannot fault the service I have received. Would highly recommend. Cut out the large high street chains that only want to sell sell sell. Many thanks

Wonderful friendly helpful service from Elizabeth and Rhona and all at One Optical. Incredible prices and brilliant value for money always delighted with my purchases. My husband just got his first pair of glasses and we will not be going anywhere else. Highly highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

Love this place. Wide range of amazing frames to choose from just about any designer frame you can think of. Brilliant service and really good value for money HIGHLY recommend. Kevin is a legend he could not be more helpful rest of the staff lovely too.

Having recently returned from my third visit to One Optical in the past 5 years I was compelled to write a review of my experience(s). Without doubt a hidden gem (but one which deserves and will hopefully go on to receive wider publicity) for those who, like I aspire to be Elton John" and have drawers of glasses for all different occasions. You will find an incredible array of frames for normal and sunglasses by an array of niche designers (and some brand names at incredible discounts). Almost any frame style you could hope to find

Mu husband got a quote from our local Optician for lens only and was quoted £180.....supplied OneOptical with his prescription and the price, for their gold package lens was £80....wow......and with frames all in £125.....husband says these are the best glasses he has had....better frames and best clarity.....and the staff were very friendly....will be telling everyone about OneOptical....

Accompanied my son to this marvellous establishment. Individual attention by appointment and a tremendous selection of frames at amazingly reasonable prices. They also supply high quality lenses also at very good prices. It’s well worth a visit and very nice inside even though the building looks rather unpromising.
