Oppo Brothers Ice Cream

Awful experience with their products and “Customer Service”!Our family have been consuming Oppo products for years and loving them, but we have always found the quality to be quite inconsistent. Unfortunately, we recently purchased a faulty batch of Salted Caramel Sticks, which tasted of rotten fish! When I reached out to Oppo Brothers, they kindly sent out some replacements, but these also had an unpleasant taste. Oppo Brotherse won’t confirm whether they have changed the recipe or whether these were also substandard, but we will be giving their products and their ‘customer service’ a wide berth from now on!

The nutritional values are just great and the taste too!Very creamy consistency, pronounced chocolate taste and nice texture through the nut pieces. The variety vanilla also impresses with its creamy texture and wonderfully intense, not at all artificial taste!You have surpassed yourself in the recipe! Never again another ice cream!

The best ice cream! I always make sure to have a couple of tubs in the freezer to allow for some guilt free indulgence after a long day- the choc brownie is my absolute favourite. Would love if it was still in my local Waitrose but good thing it's stocked in Tesco too!

`terrible - courier just delivered a Valentines present from my wife - opened box, Prosecco bottle smashed in pieces - cut ourselves on the pieces trying to rescue the ice cream - poorly packed and very poor couriers - if you are sending glass you need to pack in proper packaging - very upsetting and of course no phone number so they hide behind a website!Update: the situation was dealt with very well by OPPO and we are happy with the outcome - but that does not change the fact that the supply chain was not managed effectively in the first place and the surprise was diminished..

Delivered today by courier, all frozen and packed really well in dry ice and insulation. Just to test it I've had a couple of spoonfuls of the double salted caramel - absolutely divine! and a spoonful of the plant based Zest - really really really zesty.I would 100% recommend this company, I was wary of buying ice-cream online to start with but now I've had my first delivery, I will be buying more.

Fantastic tasting ice cream, and knowing it's less calories helps too. Amazing service from the team when ordering home delivery. Delicious flavours, maple and walnut what a dream.

Pretty disappointing on first try -Bought a tub from Sainsbury - not sure if it was the ice cream or Sainsbury defrosting and refreezing it but it was that very 'icy' texture when ice cream has been refrozen multiple times or not sealed properly.
