Rogue ...... Towbar fitted well but noise started from the relay box... phoned him and called out for a replacement to find another charge of £62 the box was fitted into an open area behind the back tyre where any water from flooding can get to quite easily. Blamed it on a leek in the car and said that was the only place it can be put in a vw caddy yet it was the last place he looked for it after taking all the back panels of trying to find it. Paid top money to get it done in the first place only to have to pay another £62 on top because for his placement of an electronic device putting it somewhere water can get to it so easily. I think this man needs a lesson on customer service. Customers should never have to pay for his mistakes............Answer to your reply is simply if you always place the relay box there why did it take yous 30 mins. To find it and have to take all the back seats out of the car also all the back panels off then look for it on the outside off the car in an area where flood water can get into it so easily. Your answer simply tells me that it's was your mistake and I paid for it
