I’ve been attending HSpace Movement for about a year now. It has been easy to stay committed to attending when the sessions are so enjoyable! Harry has a great way of explaining the movements and coaching the sessions in a supportive and positive way that really makes sense.I’ve never felt and moved so well as I do currently and continuing to feel like there’s steady improvement and progress being made each week. Highly recommended!

A great space in a lovely setting. Harry is such a dedicated coach, with great knowledge and patience. The emphasis is definitely on moving well, and the classes are surprisingly difficult but rewarding. I have already recommended him to others, including his on-line programming.

So it has taken me a while to motivate to go and do something about myself. I didnt want to be judged and found wanting. So how incredibly refreshing this place is and Harry is not all pumped up and unrealistic. Just knowledgeable and encouraging. I have got home and I feel as though I sit better in my body and I understand it a little more. I feel pushed in ways I hadn't anticipated. So from this 48 year old, larger lady, all I can say is give this place a go, you will be amazed what you didn't know about your own body and what it can do. Harry is a real person who is a cross between physio and trainer.

Harry is by far the best trainer I've had! He really cares how you're progressing and isn't the normal PT that makes you do excessive reps of excessive weight, it's all about doing the movements correctly, he's taught me so much in the time I've been seeing him and I'm really starting to see some results. Absolutely brilliant guy!

Having recently completed the 28 Day Movement Momentum Challenge, I can honestly say that my whole attitude towards ‘exercising’ , ‘training’ , and ‘keeping fit’ has changed. I’ve learnt that having strong joints is so important for our health and well-being, both now, and in the future. I am now almost pain free in my hips, by doing the daily CARS routine that I was given; such a blessing! I’ve also felt better within myself.I am just sorry that have not been able to continue the sessions due to personal circumstances.Harry and all his clients who attend both the small PT group sessions and the classes are very welcoming and friendly.Thank you, Harry and HSpace Movement.

Harry is brilliant; he suits his sessions to your needs, makes adaptations based upon your specific issues/body/preferences etc. Lovely setting, supportive other members of the sessions and genuinely enjoyable. Could not recommend more.

I feel amazing improvements in my health and whole body after having the workout sessions with Harry. I had stiff neck and shoulder muscles, Harry taught me how to make these muscles much stronger. I highly recommend him.
