This is a wonderful place in every sense of the word. My wife and I were there with our 3 grandchildren, aged 10,10, and 7, and we all loved it. It cost almost £100, but considering that this included a visit to the planetarium and imax cinema, as well as unlimited access to all the exhibits and a voluntary donation, I consider it money well spent. We were there for 4½ hours but could have been there even longer for the same price. Reasonably priced food is also available.

My son particularly enjoyed the planetarium. Science is quite interesting and I saw basic physics in play. Particularly recommend if you are tryimg to get your kids interested in science. They will certainly get more curious

Quite fun but honestly (& I take no pleasure writing this) the exhibits are fairly limited but what's a real let down is everything having a extra charges.Tenner a child and fifteen quid a adult is my exactly that cheap and having to constantly pay extra for everything other than the main floor gets a little tendinous especially for something that should be as free as possible.I've honestly no idea how people on limited incomes could afford to visit with their children.Shame because it's a great space and the staff seem super infused just abit of a let down however.

We took our children, 6 & 9, on a visit from South Africa. They absolutely loved it. We took the easy walk over the bridge from the CSS bus stop. You could spend a whole day here and still want to stay for more! Lots of activities for all ages. Great value.

We were a group of 10 with kids ages ranging from 4-16 and we were all kept busy for hours!Had a great time and the activities sparked lots of interesting questions from the kids.We watched the Are we alone? Planetarium show which was great and worth the extra £3.50 pp.

All the stars for the Planetarium because it is the highlight of the science centre and a true state of the art place! The Pink Floyd experience is fantastic (I also saw the Queen Heaven but it wasn't as impressive). The staff are great and always start by explaining a little bit about the place, with a super quick virtual tour of the universe. I hope they add more audio-visual experiences, they're a brilliant and different kind of activity!

The place works well as a science center and Event organization. Remember that COP 26 was held in here. Intuitive learning experience for kids, but it was shocking that I didn't know slot of simple things. Go with an open mind..

We had a Great day out here and highly recommend it for family's.Pros:Lots of activities - all very interesting and most are fun for a variety of ages.Plenty of room around the activities to make your way round other groups. Some activities in the body bit let you save your stats to a card (would be cool to see this on more activities). There are plenty of activities around to try out while you wait for another one to become available.Plenty of staff around to help or point you in the right direction. They're also lovely and friendly.Cons:There was a few activities on each floor that were broken (hopefully not out of commission too long)Some activities can be really busy so you can have a long wait (also depends how long certain people spend on activities). It can become slightly disorientating just due to the layout. We didn't go to the IMAX cinema or planetarium so can't comment on how good those are but they are additional to the entry price.
