Little Lever Post Office

Every time i go to this post office there is an issue, from ignorant staff to poor service. Would not recommend.

Andi is exceptionally wonderful, she has gone above and beyond for myself and my family, especially when dealing with ludicrous rules around most incompetent government run departments. I look after my dad and she went out of her way to make sure he got the energy vouchers he was entitled to.I only wish she ran the country!Enjoy your plant. Thank you

Sent my package off safe and sound, felt a bit concerned that the attendant told me to just leave the package on the side and she’ll get it eventually, Little Lever isn’t the safest place ever and I just had to leave an expensive pair of shoes by itself in the middle of the store

Just wanted to say how lovely the lady in the post office was today with an elderly gentleman who seemed confused. She went out of her way to come from behind the counter to talk to him , she even gave him her teabags so he could have a cuppa when he got home xx above and beyond well done lovely lady xx Always very helpful with a smile

It doesn't instill confidence that the website suggests they are open until 6.00pm on Saturdays and it closes at 12-30.

Ok, so I hate leaving bad reviews and this isn't anything against the staff working there who are absolutely fine. But numerous times over the last few months I've turned up at this branch to post items (I run a small business, so taking time out to go to the Post Office is normally planned into my day) only to find it closed. During the day, during opening hours. Today was 'system update' according to the sign on the door. Normally though I've found it closed with people outside no one with any idea what is going on. A few times we have found out it is something to do with the cash point inside. This really is NOT ON.

Posted 4 returned parcels from here, they weren't weighed and was handed some receipts. Turns out I was missing a receipt and coincidentally that parcel has still not been received by the sender.

Worst person I’ve ever met works in here what a character she is, so arrogant and snotty, I went in to collect a parcel force parcel that failed delivery to my wife with my ID as it’s against the law for me to carry anyone else’s as that’s a form of fraud, only to be told by said woman that I have the wrong ID I tried to explain that no it was me in the picture and I don’t carry out fraudulent activities but she said the note is addressed to my wife not me. Instead of just explaining to me that it’s parcel forces policy which I found out on the phone to parcel force she gave me loads of abuse and the treatment I received from her was heart breaking if I could put an official complaint in about her i would, my wife has just gone to collect it 5 days after failed delivery and she has sent it back to the depo. How do people like that sleep at night? Certainly won’t be putting any money through parcel force or that post office in the future horrible people

Awful service, was told the drop and go service wasn't available there. Showed them online that it is, was then told I needed a card which its done online. Again showed them the steps online what they need to do for them to tell me they needed a stamp and didn't know what service it was using. Showed them the manifest which clearly shows how it was being sent.Will go elsewhere where you aren't spoken to like something on the bottom of your shoe.
