I have used DS Steele heating for many years for a breakdown or a yearly boiler check. From my very first SOS call after my existing boiler was condemned right through to the work carried out and returning to check everything was working as it should. I was panicking as my radiators are old style and I had been told the whole system may have to be replaced. I was worried about the potential cost and upheaval. Dave reassured me straight away and said there are only solutions, not problems. As I am on my own I was grateful for their knowledge and expertise in relating all the options open to me. In the end I could keep my old fashioned radiators no problem and it was just a new boiler that was required along with pipework. We've used Jubilee Gas Services many times now and would not go anywhere else for anything gas/ heating related.One of their engineers, Shea, came out to us this morning to remove and cap off an old radiator - he also removed a couple of old pipes that were still attached to a redundant back boiler. Shea turned up on time, did what he needed to do, tidied up after himself and generally made a great impression.Great customer experience. Highly recommend Jubilee Gas Services!

My first contact with Jubilee gas services was spring Bank 2022 our boiler had a leak. I gave them a call and in less than 1 hour Damien arrived and fixed the leak. With this in mind we needed a replacement boiler this month ( December 2023) I called Damien and he suggested a Glow Worm boiler. The installation was arranged for 3 Days later. One of his employees arrived as arranged. The employee was excellent at doing the installation in a very efficient and professional manner. All redundant materials were cleared away and removed. The work area was left clean and tidy. Because I'm impressed by the way the work was done I will be arranging for Jubilee Gas Services to do the annual boiler service. Me and my partner recently had the pleasure of coming across Jubilee Gas Services by chance by looking on google and we were glad we did.I must say that the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I contacted them to the completion of the job, their professionalism, efficiency, and expertise were apparent every step of the way.Damon's knowledge and skill in his job were immediately apparent as he carefully assessed our existing system and discussed the various options available to us.When they came out to fit the boiler they seamlessly connected it to our existing system, without causing any disruption to our daily routines. We work 9-5 most days so they arranged to do the entire thing whilst we were at work! We came home to a new boiler and no mess!He also took the time to walk us through the operation and maintenance of our new boiler ensuring that we were fully informed and comfortable with our new system.I would definitely recommend Jubilee Gas Services to anyone in need of heating services! Really happy with the work we've had done. Fitted us in for a new boiler to be installed quickly. Finished within the day and left the area as they found it taking all rubbish with them. Boiler looks great and they made every effort to keep it within the original space to minimise touch up work for us. Great value for money and very professional service. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for fitting our new boiler. I cannot fault any part of the service from first phone call to quoting for a new boiler you booked us in in a couple of days. Arrived early on installation day. The engineer Shea’s workmanship is second to none he removed the old boiler took everything away and tidied up all the pipe work so the boiler looks neat and tidy now. He explained how to work the timer and thermostat and registered the appliance for us. Thanks again I can highly recommend

Jubilee were referred to us by Vaillant when our boiler was written off as beyond economic repair. I’m very glad they did. Damon got in touch promptly and came out first thing next day to survey the work and fitted us in quickly for the install. All done in half a day. Friendly but professional service. Thoroughly recommended. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Jubilee again.
