Everytime I enter the shop, James is extremely polite, and helps me with everything I need, he is so patient and calm when explaining things to me and makes the whole experience so much better for me. He is one of the main reasons I consistently come to the Bexleyheath branch!Overall his kindness is much appreciated and he has excellent customer service skills!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of all kinds of useful things.

Always enormously helpful and friendly staff at this branch. Great store, now also with a Ryman's, wide choice, great deals on small appliances, good choice of household and garden items, bird food, cleaning products etc. The rare times I have had something go wrong - eg a kettle years ago that shorted with first use - their customer service was excellent, so I tend to buy things here even when they're slightly pricier than elsewhere--and Dyas often has great sales.

Disgusting that non assistance dogs are allowed in this shop. Wouldn't buy my kitchenware from here.

I went into the store today and was met by a lady called Val. She was very helpful with my query and although the store dont sell the item she advised where I may be able to obtain it. She again was very attentive when she saw me walking around with an arm full of things and no basket.

Staff are very helpful and it's nice to see dogs are welcome. If the staff have time. They like to make a fuss of the dogs.

Staff are very unpleasant. Not helpful. Another branch checked their stock levels for me. When I got there, the supervisor said they didn't have them in their stock room and denied stocking them. He did this without actually looking for them and physically checking.Also, one member of staff was quite rude and alluded to her retirement, therefore she no longer cared to give good service.Their actual words were if it's not on the shop floor - we don't have it".In a cockney accent by the badly groomed supervisor.They also made many jokes which seemed very unprofessional

I'm a Muslim and take hijab and cover my face. Today at the counter the lady told me to remove my hijab as she wanted to see I'm age appropriate. I got two items in my basket that time one is cherry blossom shine and go and other was mould cleaning spray. I asked her which product was age restricted, she pointed towards cherry blossom that's just a shoe cleaner. I got her that she is racist. As I said it's not at all written on its description then she held the mould spray and said it's and we couldn't let you take it. I told them I've no face ID right now . Another white man(worker from the same shop) supported her as well. So I bought just one item and left. Rascism is what I can't let go. That was a simple Astounish spray that I normally buy from my local poundland without revealing my face or age. I'm a mom of 2 kids. Disappointed by their rude behaviour. Discrimination and lack of professionalism was observed.

Needed some important documents printed and although there were some very demanding customers that day [complicated printing requests, custom sizing etc] Lara and James were simply amazing at keeping everyone informed whilst still being incredibly helpful. Will get all my prints here from now on. Thanks guys!

The staff were lovely during my time in the shop, especially Lara, who took the time to help me and answer questions I had about what I was buying, she was very helpful and simply just a good person with a very good attitude.
