Very unprofessional, moved valuation appointment forward with less than an hours notice, refused to enter premises until our dog was removed to the garden, even though it was raining heavily, stated that their valuation process was based on four elements, including square footage, but no attempt made to take any measurements, digital or otherwise. Promised to telephone by 4 to advise us of value of property, instead got a text at 8pm to say value calculated, would ring in morning ( why they couldn't release the value by text rather than phone is beyond me!) 10.30am following morning still waiting. .....
