The company has a team of approximately 14, compromising of a corporate finance team, investment managers, compliance support officers and analysts. The team pride themselves on their close, yet professional relationship with their clients, which helps the team to understand what the investors would truly have an interest in.Optiva is also an AIM broker; the AIM market is the most successful growth market that helps smaller and growing companies raise the capital required for their expansion. They are mainly focused on the oil & gas, mining and the renewable industry, however they have many meetings per week to expand their portfolios, followed by hours of research to determine whether their clients would support the investment and whether the companies would be successful after their investments.
