Darren was very patient and responsive and quickly identified the source of our leak. He took clear videos whilst he was on the roof and clearly explained the issues with our brickwork and the best next steps for rectifying them. Definitely recommended and will use again.

Struggling to understand some of the good reviews, especially related to professional curtesy. Contacted company regarding roof repair needed and tried to book provisional appointment. Man asked me to text details and availability which I did. Following this it was an endless chasing for the next 3 weeks, being told that he would come on a certain date but that I should confirm with him the night before. When I tried, it was either, ‘let’s reschedule cause the day after is better for me’ or complete silence and not turning up as promised. Complete waste of time and unprofessional I am afraid, unless they think it is going to be a big job that they fancy?

Darren and his team came out and helped us on an emergency call at the crack of dawn and were with us within the hour when we really needed the help. They got on to our roof despite the heavy rain and fixed the issue without any hesitation and at a very reasonable price.The team have continued to be the most helpful and professional and they always make the time for us when needed.I cannot recommend these guys enough.
