We cannot praise the team at Tollitt's enough.From the moment we met with Paula she put the family at ease and we left that first meeting knowing that everything was going be done for mum professionally and respectfully.Paula kept in constant touch through the build up to the funeral and gently prompted us and guided us where it was appropriate.On the day of the funeral we were all put at ease again from them arriving at the house to ushering friends and family into the crematorium on what was a bitterly cold day.Thank you for your excellent service and kind and caring support.

Just a note to say how thankful we are to James and the team for handling the funeral and associated arrangements for loving wife, mother and grandma Stella Hagon, who's service was Friday last week. Recently used Tollitt's for my father in law's funeral. Everyone who we worked with was lovely and compassionate and everything provided was just as we wanted. The men on the day really looked after us at a difficult time. The celebrant delivered a perfect service. Thanks for your help on the day. The flowers from Floribunda were great as well. Where to start? Our Dad passed recently and we approached John Tollitt Funeral Service to deal with the proceedings.We couldn't have asked for a better service...it was exceptional! From the very start, we were guided through and kept informed at every stage. Lee and James were our amazing constant contacts throughout. Their compassion, competence and genuine care was second to none. Our Dad was treated with the greatest respect and dignity, we couldn't have asked for more. Everything was organised clearly, efficiently and with thought and empathy. Nothing that we asked for was too trivial and they dealt with our tears and questions on such a professional level. Their support was insightful, kind and focused, creating the perfect process for our Dad to be laid to rest. Tollitt's are a family run directors with a very personal touch.My father is currently resting at Tollitt's and I cannot thank Matt enough for his kindness.There's a special thanks to James for looking after my dad so well. I was really worried about visiting Dad after a previous bereavement experience, and because of the time between Dad passing and arriving at the funeral premises.When we went to visit him earlier on today the family were so pleased that Dad had been looked after so well. Sadly we have to use Tollitts for my husband funeral. The cemetery and a funeral director are absolutely professional was a really respectful ceremony he is a kind person everything was spot on ! Sadly we have had to use Tollitts on 3 separate occasions, the latest being my mums funeral. On all occasions they have been compassionate, professional and supportive. Lee was our point of contact on this occasion and he couldn’t have done anything more to assist. You know when you meet people and think, hey this guy was simply made to do this job, well that’s how it’s been.
