I spilled water on my Lenovo laptop and corroded the charging port. Creative IT were able to diagnose the problem within 15 mins and fix my laptop the same day. The customer service was outstanding and they saved me 100s compared to getting this fixed through Lenovo.Thank you!

Sam and the team are absolutely wonderful and just so lovely too!! I felt in such safe hands leaving our office iMac with them and Sam worked so hard to fix it in record time. Hard drive replaced, software re-installed and the internals given a good clean to stop the fan over heating. Our iMac has been reborn and given a new lease of life!! Thank you so much Sam, I will definitely be back!!

Let me preface this by saying that they were very helpful and worked hard to fix my laptop within a very small time frame, which I so appreciate! However, after being told that my laptop was in perfectly good condition after the repairs, I ran into unrelated and new issues with the battery that I’d never seen before the very first time I tried to use it after the fix, problems that make it borderline unusable! I called and emailed to follow up, but never received any concrete help. So while the initial service was great, I don’t feel that I really got the support I needed to actually be able to use my laptop afterwards.

Really nice place, friendly staff! Sam provided me with biscuits, wifi and drinks all afternoon while my laptop was fixed! Thorough diagnostic of my laptop that had a faulty charger that had blown the charging circuit. Would recommend this company for any repair needs!

I know nothing about laptops, just that mine wasn’t working and I needed it soon for work. Sam was absolutely lovely, talking me through the issues and how they were going to fix it. Constantly asking me for refreshments and if I was okay during the wait. These people are legit and they work fast. Couldn’t recommend them any more. Thank you loads for your help!!!

I went to Creative IT with my desktop (Dell) having hard drive issues, unusable at the time of the visit. Sam, Stephen and the Creative IT team genuinely dedicated time and efforts to resolve the problem. The hard drive was replaced, all data recovered including Windows profiles. Stephen and Sam went above and beyond. Much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Perfect fixed my razer pro17 RZ09-02876W92 laptop and Charing port issue easy quickly and cheaper then going direct to razer. Only place in London I could find that would be able to replace part and not wipe my drive. Kind and good customer service.
