5-star recommendation for the RSEV team if you are looking to sell your EV.I recently sold my Tesla Model X through RSEV, having seen their listings and website, they came across as a professional company, presenting the cars really well.An initial couple of calls with Jo, who explained how they work and expectation on price and timescale to sell. I dropped the car off with a friendly and very knowledgeable check over from Serge and the car was listed for sale within 24hrs.Took just a few weeks to sell, with updates from Jo and Amie throughout the process, tweaking the price, but still hitting the original price range advised.Payment made within 24hrs of sale. A top job all round. If you are thinking of selling your car privately - don't! Let the RSEV team take care of it!

Went to view the car Sunday and have just driven it away today (Wednesday) - brilliant customer service from R Symons - thank you Richard & Simon. Nothing was too much trouble, they took the time to talk me through each step and the finance options - checking and then double checking everything for me. Very happy with my new car.

With the addition of our third child we found our existing Model 3 slightly too small for our needs and after doing some research we felt that the Model X would be a great upgrade in terms of features and space.Having only ever purchased new cars from tesla directly I was nervous about buying a used tesla and buying from a dealer or private seller out of area. After one phone call, I knew I was in safe hands with RSEV.The team made the whole process of trading in our model 3 and driving away a late model Raven Model X super easily.Their communication over the days leading up the exchange was spot on. Amie is on the ball and the phone never rang twice. She makes a 999 operator look slow.On the day of exchange, we rocked up, welcomed and shown to our car, they had all the paperwork prepared and assisted with transferring cars between tesla accounts. I was given the space and time to look over the car and Serge answered all of my geeky questions. I also had a great conversation with the man himself from YouTube Richard. It is so refreshing to deal with a vehicle sales team that are so honest, enthusiastic accommodating & helpful. We are delighted with the Tesla Model 3 Performance we just purchased from them. Despite being a ‘used’ vehicle it looks, feels & smells brand new!!! After such a positive experience, we’ll definitely be back!!!

Such a fantastic experience. The RS EV team were charged with selling our Model Y performance recently. From taking the car in, inspection / preparation to the final sale they were great. At every stage we were updated. Well worth the near 400 mile trip to deliver the car to them. Thank you for a great experience.

Purchasing the Used Model S through R Symons was a nice experience, not pushy and went through all the details of the car very well. Helpful through the whole process…except after sales. They don’t seem to want to help after the car has left their forecourt. We have issues with two wheels which leak from around the valves and from the the valves themselves which you would have expected to be picked up on their checks before selling the car and it’s easy enough to see on the vehicle display as it has TPMS. When we picked the car up the system had been reset so everything was still configuring while we were driving home. Next day noticed the low pressures, pumped them up and over the next week slowly started deflating. Pumped up again and took to a tyre shop for inspection and they stated there was corrosion around the valve on the wheel and the valves were leaking which will need replacing. So after only having the car a month, I now have to pay out £180 for new TPMS on the two wheels, and if that still doesn’t fix the issue the wheels will need refurbing which will be hundreds more. R Symons are not interested in helping at all.
