It's a great place to walk. Amazing views over the city. Wide enough so bikes and walkers don't get in each others way . It's not paved. Some short up and down sections.

My first visit was today, a bright, frosty winter morning.We were met by a Rave at the start of the trails. Loud but very friendly and certainly didn't detract from the day.The trails were great. Neither myself or eleven year old son had done much like this before but both tracks were brilliant. Both faster than we thought but even the tightest bits were wide enough for us to have no crashes.Everyone we met was very friendly and there's a great buzz about the place.Long may it enjoy the generosity of crowd funding to keep this place free.

Great place to mountain bike either on the trails or acrpss to fox house and burbage etc. Nice walking through the Plantation too. The roman road over to fox house is decent for offroading too.

Husband took oldest here for first time, both really enjoyed. Trail has different courses for different abilities. If you mountain bike, a trip here is a must.

A great trail, short laps bit do as many as you want. Left at the top for shallow and wide, right for steeper and tighter.

free parking at edge of Lady Canning's plantation. good place to start hiking. took us 30 minutes to reach Ox stones.

Great in all weather conditions even snow, you can ride it fast if you can ride it slow, you can ride it with your kids, it really is that versatile of a track. Plenty parking around the area too, great for a quick blast or a longer session to really master the trail. And a pub at the bottom of the hill that serves great food.
