Some of the staff are good, but I am very disappointed with the hair stylist. I had gone for a layer cut and had explained to her what my expectations were. I dint think that for an experienced hair stylist it would be difficult. Unfortunately she did not pay any attention to the details I provided. After the cut she asked her assistant to blow dry my hair with a diffuser. Her assistant did not know how to use it and she quite honestly told the stylist that she has never used it before, but the hairdresser didn’t bother to take care of the situation and went on to serve another client. After spending 2 hours in the salon I left the place with a very bad experience as I was getting my hair done for a special occasion. Won’t ever go to Celina for hair cut again!!

Disappointed. Booked twice with specified hair dresser who did not show up for work. 1st appointment I was turned away 2nd appointment turned up had to wait for a stand in to arrive. Not cheap. Friendly staff but unreliable staff

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Initially saw this salon on insta and the pics they advertised must be filtered, because my hair looked nothing like the pic I showed them ( which was their work).I confronted the manager about it because I didn’t think £160 was worth the colour they had put on my hair. Nobody at home, or work could tell what I had been done!A different stylist to the one that did my hair, begun to send messages of the managers phone and said it wasn’t the ‘end of the world’ I could come in and have more foils put in for free of charge. As if they were doing me a favour.I asked for a partial refund and they refused - sadly I’ll have to go to someone else now and pay from my own pocket, because of the poor quality service from Celinas.
