Booked pick up and return online. Confirmation received. Car did not turn up, when I rang they said online bookings not working. Car did turn up apparently 2 hours late and then came back to pick us up early. I have received now received bills on my email address for 80p and 90p!!!

I booked Tel's Taxis for a booking from Burley to Christchurch. Polite professional & the taxi was very clean. Arrived early & was very patient when the noise was hard to find. I was so grateful that Tel even stopped at McDonald's so I could buy a breakfast as u was going to work & hasn't had time to eat.Very kind and would use again 100%Thanks Tel & lovely to meet you,Shona

Absolutely shocking service, all I required was a lift from queen's Park to Bournemouth TRAIN STATION. Clearly I had a train to catch. Taxi all booked for 7.05am, call received at 7.11 informing me they would be 5 minutes late (already late). 7.20 comes and goes, still no taxi. Then I receive a call at 7.26, by this point I was in the car with the wife car a 2 year old and a baby in their pyjamas. Then the driver wanted to have an argument about how I am here now" if you need to catch a train

Managed to lock my car key in the luggage compartment of my Audi R8 in Sandbanks. This guy picked me up and took me all the way to Bentley for a reasonable price so I could get my spare key and retrieve my car. Top marks.

I used Tel's cars this weekend when in. a last minute rush to get to the Train Station. He was there on time, incredibly polite and professional and made sure we made our train on time.I then realised I had left my keys by mistake in the taxi which was a major concern. I contacted Tel's cars and they posted the keys first class and tracked to me the following morning and I have just received them now.Quick, reliable, professional and a really good person. I cannot recommend them enough and will only use Tel's cars moving forward.

Terrence, our driver, was very welcoming and gave us some fantastic recommendations. We are from up north, and asked where to eat out at night. His recommendations for food and drink were spot on. We ended up using him for the entire holiday and his knowledge of the local area was comprehensive. Could not recommended enough!

Scammer!! Appears to have an easy to use online booking system. Booked a taxi for early Monday morning, with a train to catch from Bournemouth to London. Didn't turn up, no answer on the phone and the best part is they already charged my card when I booked, even though it was only supposed to be a £1 hold. Absolutely disgusting needless to say I missed my train. Avoid at all costs!!

I recently used Tel's Cars for a return journey from Bournemouth Train Station to Christchurch. The driver arrived on time, as requested and was very friendly. The car was exceptionally clean and the price was very competitive.I would definitely recommend using Tel's Cars and I would not hesitate to use them again for any future journeys.

I booked them as I had to make a trip to Southampton Airport to collect a package in person. The driver arrived exactly on time in a very smart car that was much better than the average taxi. I would most definitely recommend them for any journey.
