Helen and Ria were so lovely! I had my first ever baby scan with them and they made the experience so pleasant and memorable!

Such a warm welcome & relaxed atmosphere. Instantly put at ease especially since I was having an early scan at 8 weeks.I have now booked a gender scan at 18 weeks & I am really excited, especially as the first scan was such a lovely experience. I wish I had used them for my previous pregnancies.

We went with this company for an early scan with our first and they were brilliant. We booked again 2 years later for our second. The sonigrapher was lovely and very professional, espwcially after i told her this baby is after a loss.The first greeting we received from the receptionist wasn't that great. We were 4 minutes late due to an accident. I understand we needed to be on time and I don't mind lateness being noted but you would have thought we'd missed our appointment the way she went on. In this case I think people skills and professionalism needed brushing up on.

Staff was welcoming. Ultrasonographer was very patient and thorough explaining the scan, reassuring about the results and getting a good pose of my baby's face. They gave me clear and downloadable photos of my baby straight away. She even asked me to come back soon for a rescan to get a good 4D view of the baby. Overall, I'm pleased with their service:-)

The main radiographer (older lady) seemed experienced, friendly and very empathetic to our stressful time. She helped us book an appointment at the York hospital for follow-up as well.The other staff member was welcoming, but interrupted the scan multiple times: once for payment, then urging us to book another appointment, and then again since it was nearing the closing time. It's okay, but given the emotional and stressful time we were going through, we found it a little inconsiderate. It goes to show that no matter what processes and protocols you put in place, individual staff members and their attitude to work and customers make all the difference: good and bad at the same place.

After struggling to get an appointment with my GP and other practices for a pelvic scan, I was so grateful to access the Well Woman service. It was quick to book, the sonographer was clearly super experienced and she put me at ease from the moment I walked into the room. Results were immediate. Service was brilliant from start to finish. Thank you so much York clinic.

Was greated so welcoming at the door by Rachael, didn’t wait very long at all, Cathorine who did my scan was so attentive, went into a lot of detail and went above and beyond with explaining to me what was what and getting images. I’d definitely go again and would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience for an early gender reveal scan. Was a very warm welcome when me and my partner arrived. A very in depth scan and got to hear my babies heart beat for the first time both women absolutely lovely! Put me right at ease. Very attentive and I even got a bear with my baby’s heart beat recording in it along with digital photos & videos and printed photos too! Would 100% recommend coming here.

I've had 5 scans here so far (reassurance, gender reveal and 4D). Out of the 5 experiences only 1 was not that great - appt was half an hour late, sonographer couldn't get any pictures, but we were offered a free re scan for that one. Other than that all others have been fantastic. Staff always friendly and take the time to give you lots of photos and videos. Would highly recommend.
