Very disappointed. Kept waiting all one day. Phone call received after 6pm they had been to busy to call. After sales service is extremely disappointing to say the least, well if truth be told almost nonexistent. My husband did the jobs in the end because they were too busy to come out and help. This despite the fact that the carpets were coming away from the grippers. We will probably have to recarpet the house as the carpets are beginning to fray in places. I shy away from leaving a bad review but in this case I feel as if I have to. My carpets certainly weren't cheap but the quality is cheap. Disappointed is an understatement.

I'm a very happy customer, definitely a 5* business. This is the second time I have had floor coverings from Craig and Ryan, you guys have been so helpful. My house looks gorgeous now, prices are so reasonable, and the fitter Darren, he's not only very good at his job he is also reliable and fast, and has a very nice scooter apparently. I have to say a really big thank you guys, you deserve it.

Choosing a bedroom carpet was a really easy process and then when the fitters came, exactly when they said they would, it was a pleasure. Carpet looks awesome. Great price. And they even took their rubbish away with them. Will definitely use Craig's again. Local is definitely best. Many thanks.

Fantastic service . Just had new flooring fitted, was first class service, and young man worked really hard for 2 days to complete it, we are very pleased with flooring and would highly recommend Craig’s carpet to anyone, they have done a superb job , and fitter was very polite and friendly , Thankyou very much

We had new carpets on our stairs and landing last week, it looks amazing. Today we had our hallway entrance redone with vinyl flooring and I couldn't recommend Craig's carpets and fitters enough. They were friendly and professional, and did a excellent job for a really good price.
