Simon cleared out my loft of the previous owner's rubbish and poor insulation and boarding then installed the best quality insulation and new boarding - as well as extending the hatch and fitting a pull down timber ladder for better access. He did all this, working in a fairly restricted space in my small cottage, cleaned up each day and remained friendly, cheerful and positive throughout. I would not hesitate to consult him again across a wide range of work and in fact he is returning to fit a new front door very soon.I will also consult him about replacing laminate flooring later in the year.As I am a 74 year old widow living alone and new to the area, it is a huge relief to have this kind of excellent help from a trustworthy, skilled local tradesman.
