Nice place for a walk, 3 walks available of different lengths, car park only £1. Picnic benches available along with toilets next to the car park. Plenty of bramble bushes if you enjoy picking brambles, dogs on leads welcomed.

Large carpark (pay & display £1) closes at 5pm. Picnic area, but no dogs allowed, which I think is a little unnecessary as who would let their dog foul in the area they're eating in anyway? Lovely walks. Dogs not allowed in nature reserve, which again was a little confused about but hey ho rules are rules. Our dog was completely worn out on red square trail anyway. So many butterflies, dragonflies, birds, beetles... We did pick up a few bits of litter and a sizable dog poo!!! Please if you do take your dog...bag it and bin it! Toilet are there but weren't open? Are they seasonal? Or only open certain days? Will be back again as it seems to change so rapidly each time we come. Please watch on trails as lots of overhead dead wood in trees. Ash die back in loads near walking paths which is concerning, could certainly be felled and stacked for habitats.

Great traffic free walk round woods and beyond, well marked trails and footpaths. Toilets and information available. A bargain at £1 car parking!

Sorry but not impressed. In Country park area you can't let your dogs off their lead. You can't take your dogs in the picnic area. No bbqs allowed. Very sterile walks with signs telling you to keep to paths. No signs giving details of places of interest or how far things are. No cycling allowed. No cafe. Toilets didn't look to be open.Didn't bother with the Reserve as no dogs allowed at all.Poor and sanitised excuse for a country park. We live near Rother Valley County park which is a fantastic place to take dogs and kids. Nothing for either at this one.

Fantastic little/long walk. You choose there's a smaller walk and a longer walk we did a long walk hybrid. (Skipped the meadow due to having a dog).Dogs welcome just not in the nature reserve.Fairly easy walks red route suppose to be difficult but few hills won't do any harm.Meadow reserve is lovely but we avoided it due to no dogs allowed in that area.Toilets were open free and clean.£1 parking all day. Cash only machines. No registration needed so feeling kind like me give away your ticket ☺️Lots of wildlife and plants too see.Good for walkers , hikers dog walkers and kids.

Tucked away in the wilds is this lovely hilly nature park. Parking costs a few quid I think, but there is room for lots of cars. It never seems to get too busy and you can get lost for a few hours on the meandering paths. There is a little stream at the base of the valley which is fun to explore and lots of lovely little hidden bits to find. Take some nice sandwiches and go have a wander.
