Omg, turned up 2 minutes late for appointment due to roadworks and nowhere to park. Chinese lady very rudely told me to go away as am late. Would've still paid for the hour with 2 minutes deducted but still said 2 minutes, still late, go away. Please be civil in our country thankyou
