Does not take criticism well. Rabbits kept in poor conditions, no space to walk let alone run. No shelter, so when being looked at they are shaking in the corner. Last time I went no hay in cages. seems to care about profit more than welfare. also sells small hutches. :(

Guinea pigs don’t have anything to do in their enclosure, nowhere for them to hide at all if they wanted to. Looked terrified and shaking in the corners of the enclosure.Basically not giving the right needs for them.

The shop is filled with bird toys , but unfortunately the two tiels they had in tiny cages , had no toys!Very upset to see them without any stimulus :(Try calling them to complain , but they didn't pickup.Disappointin!

They have everything needed for a pet. I buy everything for my cats from there. The service is good and the prices are affordable. Every time I go there they are supplied with everything that I need.

Many different pets. Mostly birds, kittens, few rabbits and fish/ reptilian type animals.Staff are friendly and helpful. Can just pop in to visit the animals at the back with no pressure to purchase which is good for children
