Nice and welcoming staff. Booked new bike in for first service under service plan, worth considering as it saves money, and on the day everything taken care of nice n smoothly. Good cup of free coffee and plenty of motorcycle mags to read. Highly recommended.

Excellent efficient friendly service. Had to service both of my motorcycles in the same week. Easy to book convenient appointments. Good complementary coffee machine whilst waiting. Thank you and see you again next year!

I bought my bike in Feb 23 the service book had one entry which stated it had been serviced before delivery. In July I received a phone call from John Banks to tell me my bike was due for a service. I contacted the service department and it turned out they had no record of the service in Feb 23. They then agreed to service the bike free of charge in August which was good but should have not been necessary. The service took 5 hours of my day and an 80 mile round trip.My service was booked for 11.00 and I waited in a very nice area with coffee on tap, however the service did not start until 11.36 and then an oil change and other checks completed at 12.35.At no time during my visit was I asked how I was getting on with the bike and if I had any problems with it.This experience has left me disappointed with John Banks as a company.

Tim Ayden was faultless from start to finish! I'm 50 miles away from the dealership and the ease of which I was able to buy my brand new CB125R in July without having to go there personally was just effortless. Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate in giving them my business again.
