If there was a choice of no stars that’s what I would have chosen. I don’t understand how there is good feedback as I have called yet no one answered the phone. I have left my name and contact number on the answering machine but been ignored. All I can think of is all the feedback is fake & it’s a bogus company.

Did a good job, but just been told they cannot help me any longer after two visits because my flat is too difficult to get to and there is no parking. Very disappointed. If I was running a business (particularly of this kind) I don't see how you can turn away customers because it's just too much effort. Whatever happened to work ethics

Extremely difficult to get hold of them. Having eventually managed to, and having received and agreed a quote, they said they would ring to confirm a date the next day. Eight days later and still waiting for that call, despite having left messages on their landline, sent a text to their mobile and sent them an email. If they gave me a date now, would I trust them to turn up? No! Would I be able to get in touch with them to find out why? I very much doubt it. Would I feel ok paying them the full amount 5 working days before the start date (as demanded)? Most definitely not! Full details below if you would like a bit more detail. Another interesting point, is that there is a 5 star review on this site (they have 2 Google entries) by a Jess Petherick, coincidently the same name as their Officer Manager.RESPONSE to owner's response: I can understand that you have staff problems; what I can't understand is why you agreed to take on my work, in the timescale I requested, when, due to the priorities stated in your reply, it must have been obvious to you that you couldn't manage it. My priority is that I'm trying to get my father's house cleaned so I can put it on the market to pay for his care home costs. Your unprofessionalism and lack of any response to my multiple contact attempts has delayed that by 2 weeks. I note that you managed to craft and post a reply to my critical but justified review within an hour of it being posted. It seems that you can respond to some things quickly; the things that concern you and your reputation, rather than the things that matter to your customers.Tues 15th Nov. Phoned Office in office hours, but rang through to answerphone. I left a message about the moving house clean I wanted and asked that they contact me.Fri 18th Nov. No one had contacted me, so I rang the office again and spoke to Jess Petherick, who seemed competent, took all the details and said she would send a quote by email. She called me back late afternoon to check a couple of items, confirmed that they could do the clean soon after the 05 Dec to meet my timescale, and then emailed me the quote.Mon 21st. I phoned early (after the weekend) to check on an item not specifically mentioned in the quote. I spoke to Michelle who said she would get Jess to phone me back later. Jess phoned late afternoon, confirmed the item was covered, so I confirmed that I was content to go with their quote. Jess said she would call me no later than the end of the next day (Tues) to confirm the date they would carry out the clean. she also re-emphasised that they would require full payment 5 working days before the start date.Tues 22nd - no contact.Wed 23rd - no contact, so I phoned office midday and left a message on the answerphone.Thur 24th - no contact, so around midday, I phoned office and mobile number (no answer on either), so sent a text to their mobile number and an email to the address they had sent the quote from. My mobile rang for a few seconds around 4pm. I was driving so pulled over and rang them back within a few minutes but no answer. No message was left on my answerphone on the mobile, as I do not think it rang for long enough for the answerphone to kick in.Fri 25th - no contact.Mon 28th - no contactTues 29 - no contact
