CET Architectural Designs

We had a great experience using CET. Charlotte listened to our needs and came up with a perfect solution in good time, presenting us with a range of options ranging from most practical to most aesthetic. Our roof was shallow and Charlotte worked with a structural engineer to find extra height without completely rebuilding our roof. She also had superb knowledge of local regulatory and licencing issues and was able to maximise our space. Would 100% recommend.

Charlotte was so helpful and her ideas allowed to us to make the most of our space in the loft. She worked closely with the builders to ensure that the job was done to a good standard and within a very impressive time frame. Our son was the most pleased as he now has his own loft 'apartment'! Thank you Charlotte for helping us create a lovely space.

CET have helped us with 2 projects now and have been excellent both times. Our 1st was a rear extension and our most reason project was a full renovation, turning a 2 bed bungalow into a 5 bed house. Charlotte came across honest and caring with an attention to detail and a professionalism that delivered more than we had hoped. She was able to bring our dreams to life whilst providing us with her own experiences and creativity ensuring that we ended with the very best solution possible. I will use CET again and would recommend them to anyone.

Charlotte designed our side / garage extension, was very helpful on site and clearly has an eye for working within site constraints and foreseeing potential issues. Our project was managed through CET Architectural Designs, who liaised with the local authority on our behalf, uploaded documents, etc. all the way through to obtaining planning approval, which took a lot of stress out of the project.
