My clients had a level 3 survey carried out by Optimus. Their communication and service was spot on! Within the survey they detected asbestos was present which they were not made aware of from the seller. So well worth the extra expense of the survey and peace of mind!

I have been using Optimus for 2 years now and I have found the team to be very professional and helpful. My BDM there Ian Dover and the service team always manage to obtain any updates I need and generally my clients are happy with the service. Even through the SDLT deadlines they have managed to keep to a good level of service. I would recommend Optimus to any other mortgage brokers that are looking for a simple system and a good service for their clients.

Tom Howson is very professional and knowledgeable about the whole conveyancing process. he answered all my questions before I pay, always reply quickly for my emails.you know if you go to local solicitor office, they charge you £20 for every email or every phone call!!! I was going to use local solicitors, but I was very impressed with Tom, and I decided to go with him, actually I decided to go with him for both side solicitors, for me and my ex.The Quote he gave to me is nearly half price of the local solicitor quoted me. so far I am really happy, and I will leave more comments once the whole process finished.

Used Optimus for finding a surveyor as part of purchasing a house. They were great throughout and handled a poor experience with the first surveyor by quickly organising a new surveyor. I will definitely be using again when needed!

I was referred to this company by MoneySuperMarket for a survey related to court action, but my experience with them turned out to be a complete nightmare. Despite having a tight timeline to meet, they assured me that they could arrange a visit before Christmas and that the report would be ready between Christmas and New Year. After numerous rounds of chasing, I finally received the first draft report six weeks after New Year's Day. To my dismay, the report was of the worst quality I have ever seen from a professional surveyor, especially considering the £925 fee I was charged. The report contained numerous typos, content copied from other reports which is not applicable to mine, and even the wrong property location. It was riddled with all kinds of stupid mistakes.I had to wait another three weeks for an updated report, but the quality was still subpar, with significant chunks of content missing, even though this content was agreed upon before the quotation. The most outrageous part is that they charged me an additional £420 for correcting the errors and adding the missing content in the report, even though I had already paid for a FIXED FEE arrangement.Overall, I cannot recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their clients' time and money is unacceptable

A good surveying service made better by the excellent customer service (primarily offered by Ana-Carmen). The survey was arranged quickly and feedback was great throughout, from both Optimus and the surveyor. The survey itself was fine.
