Rude and unprofessional staff! Behaviour of staff appalling, my husband was shouted at when he came to find me. He was left feeling embarrassed. My nails chipped the next day despite it being gel overlays, I had to return the next day but two days later my nails chipped AGAIN!!!! Terrible service, poor quality and uncomfortable environment. Absolutely would not go there again. AVOID !!!

A lovely experience at Kim’s nails! Very friendly and stayed open later for nails to be completed. Went above and beyond to complete my wanted design. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much ❤️

I've been to this nail bar several times, most recently for a gel manicure at the weekend. You don't have to book and I often walk in. The chairs are comfortable, staff are lovely, and prices very reasonable. A good quality service, thanks!

I was really happy with the service received here. I went to get acrylics for the first time since moving to Basingstoke and they did a fantastic job. I’ve been to many nail salons and this is one of the best. Will definitely be back

had my nails done today and the service was just outstanding. i am very picky and Kim made sure that my nails were exactly how I like them. will be going back here for sure!

Great BIAB treatment today, I was seen by a lovely guy whose name started with a D I think? I was very impressed. He was certainly a perfectionist and even included a hand massage at the end. Thank you Kim’s Nails I feel utterly pampered Xx

The best wax I've ever had! Was comforted the whole way through my treatment (after being a bit of a baby..), she was quick and made the whole process fly by! My new regular. Results were fab! Thank you!!

went with my step mum to go and get her nails done, and as soon as we entered the shop, staff had an aggressive and unprofessional attitude when “welcoming” us. shouting “what do you want?!” to our face. found this very intimidating as all i was trying to do was sit and wait for her nails to be done, however turns out one of her nails didn’t last for more than 2 hours. would definitely not be coming back here to get my own nails done. staff are blatantly rude and all in all not an enjoyable environment.
