Helpful service in that they reissued me another car wash voucher, but this was because the car wash did not work properly. Think this needs better servicing to ensure its working 7 days per week. Left soap sprays worked perfectly, unfortunately left brush did not, so I ended up with a soapy dirty left side. Right side soap sprays did not work, yet the right brush worked perfectly. Totally unbalanced machine.

The scanner to send parcels seem to operate like a yo yo. They are constantly up and down throughout the week.

Dropped 5 parcels off over the long Fri / Mon bank holiday weekend at the end of April. They were awaiting pickup by Fedex driver on Tuesday, however 'awaiting collection' tracking status never changed over the following days. Went back to the garage to see if parcels were still there a few days after dropping off, however there was no trace of them. Several weeks later and tracking still said 'awaiting collection' and to cut a long story short all 5 parcels (going to 5 different locations) simply vanished and were never delivered. Would strongly advise against dropping your parcels off at this parcel drop off location.

This was the first time using this garage for parcel drop off with yodel, they didn’t have printer paper so went to next nearest drop off. Pleased now as I’ve just read other reviews of missing parcels!!

Absolutely outrageous what I have dealt with from this store! I dropped off a few parcels to be sent off and when he scanned my barcode instead of sticking the label on my parcels he placed them on top. I asked to to stick them on so they wouldn’t get muddled up and he said no that this is his way of doing it. To cut a long story short two parcels were mixed up and the person who was suppose to receive a Nintendo switch received some children’s leggings and vise versa. I called the store and the ignorance was absolutely ridiculous. Half way through explaining what’s happened he was speaking to someone else and I had to repeat myself several times. Nothing has been done about this matter and I’ve had to refund both parties. I called them again asking for the manager and was told they don’t know where or when the manager will be there and refused to give any contact information for me to reach out to the manager. So not only have they cost me over £120 from being totally lazy and ignorant but they have made no effort whatsoever in resolving this issue. And the attitude I have had is outrageous! AVOID!!!

Only called on the way home to check my tyre pressures (two of them were low).

2nd time it happens to fill my car over the capacity of my fuel tank with 2 different cars.I had refilled 47litre on a skoda with a 40litre tank and the pump will still go2nd time, today, filled up 62litre and still going on a van with only 60litre capacity.

Well a gave it 3 stars as its my local place and two minutes to get there on foot so it's a garage so canny dear so a just use it when tne shops are nor open and I am canny hungry so lucky a gave it 3 stars okay thanks
