This shop sells rubbish quality stock my sis brought a shopping trolly from there for £35 on 2nd use it broke the tread on the back wheels came off I told my sis and she told the shop owner within 4 weeks of buying it life happens and it was a couple of months before I managed to take it to the shop for a refund because I live in West brom, but my sis popped in asking about it every couple of weeks he kept saying I'll have one in stock next week" anyway he wanted to swap the tat with another piece of tat rather than give a refund after afew months he still didn't have an identical shopping trolly to swap it with mine had 2 front swivel wheels the replacement just had 4 stationary wheels I refused the swap the new piece of tat was all bent out of Shap all 4 wheels didn't even touch the floor at onceI left my broken shopping trolly at the shop which I regret now because I have no evidence or I would've taken them to judge rinder and expose them for what they areShop owner accused me of over using it I used it once a fortnight on second use the treads on the back tires came off and rolled down the road it was like they were way too big for the wheelTo this day I still have no shopping trolly or a refund but I know KARMA will deal with these horrible people taking advantage of innocent customersJust be careful what you buy from here it's all rubbish from a cheap warehouse"

Great little shop run by some really nice people. Had exactly what I was looking for (that I could not find elsewhere on the High Street) and at a great price.

Didn’t buy anything but they did lend me a personal socket that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Really friendly and helpful people and we’ll come here if we need anything else

Awful store. Feels unclean and just sells rubbish. A relic of what Kings Heath was decades ago that doesn't reflect where the area is going.
