Not only did Kieran and his team respond quickly, they appeared exactly when they said they would, did an amazing and professional job at a very competitive price. From fixing the previous company's mistakes to a couple of pointing areas (*which came with a guarantee), our home report was perfect and even impressed Allied Surveyors - all in one day. We have since decide not to move and will only be using Anderson for any roofing work required in the future. Massive pressure off us thank you guys

I used this company to soft wash my house and also to de-moss my roof, then coat the roof with moss repellent.The 2 Gents turned up and cracked on for about 10 hrs to get the job done, I am more than happy with the job and would recommend this company for anybody to use

Called about 2ish and they were out just after 3 have no complaints fixed the issue and advised what needed done quick and painless as they say

Good job done on the roof as far as I can tell. The workers do not bother about debris ( Nails, tacks, tiles, dirt) even on the scaffolding. Be prepared to have a big clear up. 6 days late in starting , I got the feeling once the contract was signed they did what they liked. I text a few times asking what was happening and no reply, polite enough face to face. Skip didn't get picked up till a week after job was done as I found out he hadn't paid for it! Not as though he didn't have the money. Overall good job done but very messy and they lack customer service.

Few domestic issues cause more stress than water dripping through your ceiling. Feelings of panic and helplessness can lead to rash actions and errors. Who to contact? You trawl through the local tradesmen and read the reviews of other customers. Who can you trust? Having been ripped off by another local roofer seven years ago (KING Roofing Larbert - BEWARE!) I was very concerned about my choice. A couple of phone calls to companies who said they would come and look (and didn't), led me to Anderson Roofing. Kieran appeared late on Friday afternoon and had a detailed look at my problem (water leaking into attic at chimney base). He gave a fairly detailed assessment of what he thought needed to be done and said he would send a quote that evening, by Email. No quote arrived and after several text promptings, a detailed quote arrived late on Sunday. It was at the top end of my expectation but not unreasonable. I then requested a start date. This was agreed to be on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went without an appearance. Received a late text with an excuse and a promise to be there with a roofer on Thursday. At 1300 on Thursday a squad of five appeared, to start the work. A couple of hours of activity followed. I requested photos of progress (which were provided). The weather was not great, so they stopped and stated they would be back on Friday by 0900, to complete the work by noon. Three staff appeared at 1000 and continued the work, which was completed by 1130. I reviewed the work with Connor and received a pile of photos. An invoice was signed off with a 10-year guarantee and payment was made. From start to finish - a week. I have to say I was satisfied with the skill and workmanship shown. Various other small issues arose and these were brought to my attention and action agreed. This added to the estimate. The proof of the pudding will be what happens over the next number of years. Jobs like this are never cheap and you are at the mercy of people who you hope, know what they are doing. Previous experience shows that this is not always the case! Where things were less than perfect, was in communication. Why do people say they will do something by a certain time and then it does not happen? Situations like this are very stressful - especially for older people. Good communication is vital. If plans or timings change - say so. Don't wait to be constantly prompted. I appreciate that these companies have a number of jobs on the go at any time, so timings can vary. Just tell us - don't give unrealistic information. Customers will forgive most things, if they are kept promptly and honestly informed. Would I recommed Anderson Roofing? Yes, I would. I think they have all the skills and enthusiasm and I am pretty confident I will not have any other issues with this particular problem. Is it value for money? Who knows! What price peace of mind when dealing with the mysteries of roofs and water. Having a local contact you can trust to do the work correctly is worth much fine gold! I needed an emergency repair after a tree came down in the garden. Anderson were highly responsive and came out in strong winds and rain to perform a quick fix. Very reasonably priced, very friendly and polite.I'm more than happy to recommend.

Initially happy with Anderson roofing, removed my skylight and temporary fixed my conservatory roof until he sourced new clips for it. Conservatory roof started leaking, these things happen so I messaged about the clips and the fact it was leaking, was told it would get sorted. This was 4 weeks ago now, conservatory roof is still leaking. Numerous phone calls, no replys to messages and no further forward getting this repaired, been told it'll be sorted, I'm going to repair it. Still not done. This will be my first and last time using Anderson roofing sadly, I can't be bothered with the hassle of trying to get him to repair something I've paid him to do. Constantly fobbed off that it's being done today/tomorrow and never is. Not expecting miracles, but I think waiting 4 weeks to get a leak resolved is too long. It's a shame it's come to a bad review considering it's probably a 30 minute job to resolve this. Overall, not impressed.
