Great work, fast response, personable and professional. I misdiagnosed my own lock problems and Sam showed integrity and only fixed what needed fixing. I didn’t need a full new lock and costly parts, so he saved me lots of money. He then tuned up and maintained some of my other locks as part of a great service.Enthusiastic and knowledgeable, I even learned some of the mysteries of locks.

We had an issue with our backdoor lock. Sam came and sorted the broken lock out without any problems atall. Very friendly and professional guy. Came when he said he would. Reasonable cost to fix. Highly recommend this company, couldn't be happier.

Despite being called out of hours he arrived really quickly was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the situation ( I had taken apart my conservatory door) fixed what was necessary and scheduled the more lengthy work to be done during daytime which was more convenient for me. When he returned he did a great job of fixing my conservatory door and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs locksmith services.

Sam was amazing.I had an issue with security and Sam turned up,quickly ,fitted a new lock on my door ,was friendly and professional and literally gave me back my privacy and feeling of being safe again.I would 100% recommend Sam and will only be using him going forward.Thankyou so much.

Quick response time in an emergency situation. Sam was very professional and genuine tradesman. Got my door unlocked very fast after the Chubb broke. Repaired my door and cleared up the mess that he made before he left. All round a great experience and would highly recommend this company.
